You will walk between Piazza Navona, the shopping streets, the Pantheon and much more.

⭐️LA SPEZIERIA DELLA SCALA in Trastevere. ANCIENT EXCLUSIVE VISIT TO THE PHARMACY OF THE POPES⭐️

Thanks to a special permit, we will visit the Ancient Pharmacy of Santa Maria della Scala, located on the first floor of the Convent of the Discalced Carmelites, and established for the needs of the friars who cultivated medicinal plants in their own garden. At the end of the seventeenth century it was open to all and nicknamed the “pharmacy of the popes” because princes, cardinals and the doctors of the popes also used it. We will conclude with a visit to the Tiber Island, where the secret of a miraculous source is hidden.

⭐️CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS⭐️

We will discover the true holy cradle of baby Jesus kept, as a precious relic, in the church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Under a beautiful golden ceiling – unique case in the world – we will also discover the most beautiful depiction of the Nativity, masterpiece of the medieval sculptor Arnolfo di Cambio. A great opportunity to relive the Christmas traditions!
Then we’ll walk in the Suburra, the oldest district of Rome, in order to discover the ancient Rome pagan customs of Christmas.

If the tour takes place on Saturday or Sunday, we’ll also stop at the characteristic Monti Market, where you can find original Christmas gifts.

⭐️A TOUR WITH THE CLASSIC ROMAN HORS-DRAWN CARRIAGE⭐️

To retrace the romantic stories of poets, writers, patriots, artists and models who have lived in Rome between the Eighteenth and Nineteenth century, set in what the Romans called ‘Trident’.
Itinerary: Via Gregoriana- Trinita dei Monti-Villa Medici-the Pincio-Piazza del Popolo-Via del Corso-Spanish Steps-Galleria Sciarra.
Along the way we will stop at the caffé of the artists: the Ancient Caffé Greco, to enjoy a coffee and remembering Casanova, Goethe, Goldoni, Wagner, Liszt, Schopenhauer, Stendhal, Byron and Shelley, who here have spent entire afternoons. ( this tour is available also with small electric car – golf car – )

⭐️WALKING TOUR DISCOVERING ANIMALS SIMBOL – Funny for Children⭐️

Hidden in the streets and palaces of the heart of Rome! The funny elephant of Minerva, the giraffe of Lorenzo de’ Medici, the Egyptian crocodile and sea snakes of Bernini, the dove in the Pantheon, the cat of the Duke and the turtles of the Prince, the deer of Saint Eustachio and the Lizard of King of France.
Itinerary: Piazza Mattei-Via del Plebiscito, Piazza della Minerva, Piazza del Pantheon, Piazza Sant’Eustachio, Piazza Navona.

⭐️CHRISTIAN AND PAGAN CHRISTMAS⭐️

On the occasion of the celebration of the Christian Christmas, we will discover the true cradle of the baby Jesus kept, as a precious relic, in the Roman church of Santa Maria Maggiore. Under a golden ceiling – unique in the world – we will also discover the most beautiful Nativity of Rome, the work of the medieval sculptor Arnolfo di Cambio. A unique opportunity to relive the Christmas traditions from their origins.

We will then move on to the Suburra, the oldest neighborhood in Rome, to discover the pagan customs of Christmas in ancient Rome.
